Please complete by marking the quantity of each item. Your body color choices are down the left column of the form. For example, you may order 3 Female Statues with the body painted solid white. You may also have a solid white body with the base drapery gold-leafed or silver leafed. If you want 1 each of a Female Statue painted solid white, white with Gold Leaf and white with Silver leaf, put a "1" in each box under "Female Statue" next to the "WHITE" column, and so forth. Refer to the photos for samples of these colors and leafing choices and combinations and mark the boxes accordingly.
